1. Eligibility
You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
Contact us at info@balconyext.com within 30 days.
Provide order number, photo of item, and reason for return.
We’ll issue an RMA (Return Authorization) and shipping label if applicable.
4. Return Shipping
Customers in India: we provide a pre-paid label.
International returns: customer pays return shipping.
Items must be securely packaged.
5. Inspection & Refund
Once received, we inspect the item. Refunds are issued via original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
6. Refund Delays
Please allow 5–10 business days for bank processing.
7. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size/style (same or greater value), contact us to arrange an exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
We offer full refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit or with defects at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.
